This Privacy Policy describes how DMD Forge ("we," "us," or "our"), operating the Movenza platform, collects, uses, and protects information when you use our Service at movenza.tech.

• Account information: Login credentials and profile details.
• Social media data: When you connect Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok, we access data permitted by those platforms' APIs including page/profile info, post metrics, and analytics.
• Usage data: Features accessed and actions taken within the Service.
• Content you create: Posts, captions, and assets generated through Movenza.

3. TikTok Data

When you connect TikTok to Movenza, we access the following data via the TikTok API:

• Basic profile information (display name, avatar) via user.info.basic
• Account statistics (follower count, total likes) via user.info.stats
• Video list and engagement metrics (views, likes, comments, shares) via video.list

This data is used solely to display analytics in your Movenza dashboard and generate content recommendations. We do not sell or share your TikTok data with third parties.

4. Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Data

When you connect Facebook or Instagram, we access page insights, post metrics, and account analytics via the Meta Graph API. This data powers Movenza's analytics and AI content recommendations. We comply with Meta's Platform Terms and Data Policy.

5. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the Movenza platform
• To display analytics and generate AI-powered content recommendations
• To improve AI training accuracy
• To communicate about your account
• To comply with legal obligations

6. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure Hostinger servers. We use HTTPS encryption, access controls, and encrypted API token storage. Tokens are never exposed publicly.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties except to comply with legal requirements or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

8. Data Retention

We retain data while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time. Social media API tokens are deleted immediately when you disconnect a platform.

10. Cookies

Movenza uses session cookies strictly for authentication. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
