The Service enables users to analyze content performance, generate AI-powered content recommendations, and manage social media publishing.
Movenza integrates with third-party platforms including Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and TikTok. By connecting your accounts, you authorize Movenza to access your account data as permitted by those platforms' APIs. You must comply with each platform's own terms of service. Movenza is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Meta Platforms Inc., TikTok Ltd., or any other platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your login details with others. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

The Movenza platform, including its software, design, and content, is owned by DMD Forge and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all content you create through the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Social media API data accuracy depends on third-party platforms and may be subject to their limitations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DMD Forge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
